Communication Terms

These terms apply when you ask OnRamp65 to contact you or agree to receive email, telephone, or text message communications.
Your consent
By checking the consent box and submitting an OnRamp65 form, you authorize OnRamp65 and its service providers to contact you at the email address and telephone number you provide regarding your request, OnRamp65 services, event follow-up, and related business information. Communications may include automated or prerecorded calls and text messages where permitted by law. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
Text messages
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message. You may re-enroll only through an authorized opt-in method.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message. Transactional or service-related email may still be sent when necessary to respond to a request or administer a service.
Telephone calls
You may ask us not to call you at any time. We will record and honor the request in accordance with applicable requirements.
Keeping your information current
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number and email address submitted and that the information is accurate. Please notify us if your contact information changes.
